Prior to his Ph.D., he earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics (Astrophysics) from Yarmouk University, Jordan (2009–2012), with a thesis on the physical and geometrical elements of the visual close binary system HIP 689. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from Yarmouk University (2004–2008), complemented by a diploma in Computer Information Systems (2006–2008). His education was supported by scholarships from Yemen’s Ministry of Higher Education.

Since April 2023, he has been the Vice President for Higher Studies and Scientific Research at Mahrah University, Yemen.
