Prof. Dr. Jitendra Tripathi is a senior academician and researcher, currently serving as Head of the Department and Professor of Physics at IPS Academy, Indore. He has extensive experience in academic leadership, having previously worked as Vice Principal, Dean Academics, Officiating Principal, and Assistant Professor across reputed institutions, along with significant roles on various academic and administrative committees. His research expertise spans thin polymer films doped with fluorescent dyes, polymer blend systems, magnetic nanostructures, nanoparticles, and semiconductor and metallic thin films, with multiple funded projects completed as Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator. He is actively supervising several PhD scholars and collaborating with national research groups. He is well versed in polymer film preparation techniques, materials characterization methods, thin-film instrumentation, and nuclear physics laboratory experiments. Beyond research, he has contributed extensively as a convener, organizer, and resource person for national workshops, conferences, and training programs, and has served as a reviewer for numerous scientific symposia. His publication record includes multiple journal papers, conference papers, and a book chapter, along with strong involvement in administrative, academic quality assurance, and student development activities.
