Professor Chia-Cheng Tsai earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University (NTU). He continued at NTU to complete his Ph.D. in Hydraulics in the Department of Civil Engineering. His doctoral dissertation, titled “Meshless Numerical Methods and their Engineering Applications,” laid the foundation for his future research in advanced numerical modeling and engineering simulations.
