Prof. Dr. Jianyang Dong is an Associate Professor at the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Shaanxi Normal University, China. Born on September 19, 1995, in Henan, China, he earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Nankai University in 2021 under the guidance of Prof. Qingming Wang. He later completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Basel, working with Prof. Christof Sparr. Dr. Dong’s research focuses on innovative approaches in organic synthesis. His academic journey also includes an M.S. from Nankai University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Central South University.
