Research Focus:

Hu Jiangliang’s research focus lies in catalysis and materials science, particularly in the synthesis and application of mixed metal oxides for environmental and energy-related processes. His work encompasses investigating the role of basic sites in CO2 hydrogenation to formic acid over Ni-based catalysts, as well as the morphology-steered synthesis of Ce-MnO2 catalysts for low-temperature ethane oxidation. Additionally, he explores the promotion effects of Ce-doping on catalytic oxidation of ethane and the modification of manganese oxides for ozone decomposition. Through his diverse research portfolio, Jiangliang contributes significantly to advancing catalytic technologies for cleaner energy and environmental sustainability.
