Education
Dr. Tzu-Chi Chan (Watson) earned his Ph.D. in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 2012. He joined National Formosa University (NFU) thereafter, contributing significantly to the Precision Machinery Research and Development Center (PMC) and achieving recognition as an excellent research personnel by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2003. He later served as Vice Director at the Smart Machinery Promotion Office before assuming his current role as Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Computer-Aided Engineering at NFU. Currently, Dr. Chan also serves as the Director of the Continuing Education Center at NFU and oversees operations at the Smart Manufacturing and Measurement Lab.
