Mr. Yonggui Liu | Interface Waves | Best Researcher Award
Henan Polytechnic University | China
Associate Professor Yonggui Liu has dedicated his research to the study of wave phenomena across macro- and micro-scales, emphasizing their unified characterization and universal behaviors. His work systematically investigates wave evolution in heterogeneous, multi-scale media, the phase-transition waves under multi-field coupling, and the fine structures of waves along frictional interfaces. Through his research, he has discovered a new macroscopic interfacial quantum-wave structure, highlighting the non-local properties of quantized waves. Additionally, he has proposed multi-scale interfacial evolution laws and a spatiotemporal coupling mechanism, contributing valuable insights into the understanding of gravitational and interfacial waves.
