Prof. Yousef Gorji-Mahlabani, born on May 28, 1964, is a distinguished professor in architectural engineering at Imam Khomeini International University (IKIU) in Qazvin, Iran. He earned his Master’s degree from Shahid Beheshti University in 1991 and a Ph.D. from Sheffield University in 2002. Prof. Gorji-Mahlabani has held several key academic and administrative positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at IKIU. His research focuses on renewable energy, solar energy, and sustainable building practices. He has published 17 books and 144 scientific papers, and supervised 348 academic projects.
