Dr. Wei Dong is an Associate Professor and doctoral supervisor at Northwest A&F University, specializing in hydraulic machinery and hydrodynamics. He serves on multiple national committees related to turbines, pumps, and ocean energy equipment, and holds roles including senior visiting scholar at the National Key Laboratory of Hydropower Equipment and director of the Jiangsu Hydrodynamic Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center.
